that he can heal himself at will, and others as well; folks
eager to have their loved ones made well again struggle to
put up with Kosmos’s strange ways in exchange for having a man

It's Raining, it's Pouring...

It's friffin' Snowing. And Sleeting. And possibly hail, fog and locusts will be following for all I know. The piles of snow are so high, that the snowblower can't reach the tops any more. Needless to say, I'm getting just a wee bit tired of snow. AND it is Wednesday, and I can't go to the Comic Book Store, which is just some more frozen icing on the cake.

Which Green Lantern would YOU like to Date, and where would you go?

We all know that Guy has some...interesting ideas when it comes to the proper venue for a date, such as porn theatres and cockfights. That's not exactly MY cup of tea, but it just might be yours. Personally, I think that being flown into Space to view the Orion Nebula would be a blast...if it was followed by hot chocolate afterwards.

Would John Stewart want to go see Mamma Mia for the fifteenth time? Would Kyle just want to go out for coffee? Would Arisia like to go shopping for My Little Ponies? Would Hal want to go shopping for mirrors? YOU be the Judge!

One of Hollywood's most lovable figures, Liam Neeson is back in a thriller movie, his first since 2008. I'm sure you've seen the trailer if you have been to the movies anytime in the past month. If you missed it, the story goes something like this;

A car accident leaves a doctor, Martin Harris feeling more than just disorientation. He wakes up to a world where he does not exist. His wife has no recollection of him, instead his place was taken by another guy assuming his identity. Even stranger, he finds himself in danger of getting killed from mysterious parties. He's not just fighting for survival now, he's out to prove his very existence.

Reasons to be Excited
1. After raising hell in France back in 2008, Liam Neeson is going to do it again, but in Germany this time around.
2. Based on a thriller novel, which often translates to a movie that leaves few to be desired.
3. The premise is very strong, you don't have to be a curious person to be dying to know how the story will turn out.
4. Director Jaume Collet-Serra may not have an awe-inspiring resume, with movies like House of Wax [2005] and Orphan [2009] under his belt, but you have to give the guy credit for the distinctive visuals his films have.

Reviving an Old Idea

Egad, my mind is a complete blank. So, in order to entertain you, I am reusing an OLD idea from a couple of years ago. And I originally stole THAT idea from Calvin, so actually this is a double revival...or something.

Anyway.

Calvin had an idea way back when, to post a cover and then come up with your OWN plotline for it. I did it with the spectacular cover to Green Lantern Corps,that had Guy and Kyle drowning in yellow rings. There were some really good ideas.

So how about THIS cover? This is going to be an upcoming Green Lantern:Emerald Warriors cover, for the War of the Green Lanterns.
